I collected my Airdot from the Post office on Dec 23. It has Dec 19 stamped on it. Meanwhile I got a mail from Aliexpress informing me of failed delivery around Dec 20. That was when I knew the package don land. I have a p.o.box so I simply collected the notification slip from my box and collected the package across the counter. Weight was 0.056kg. No money was demanded. This took 13 days to land. No one called me from the post office.

Surprisingly, there are others shipped with same SG before this one that are yet to arrive.

I have also gotten two more mails from Aliexpress about failed delivery. I may have to wait small to see if more will enter from now till next week before going back to the Post office.

I made 12 different orders during the black friday/cyber monday sales of Dec 2/3. One down. Two ready. Nine to go. Na the phone I dey fear wetin custom go do. Lol.

This is getting out of hand. Are you sure AE is actually shipping these phones to Nigeria?
How come there are so many complaints about phone delivery to Nigeria this period? When you read comments from other countries, you will see they are getting theirs in 3 or 4 weeks. I am beginning to doubt AE credibility

Nothing to doubt on. They've been delivering and they'll continue to. Delays are expected during sales but our own attitude to work/service delivery is also contributing to the delay. Some items are already in 9ja but since we don't give a damn, no status update given.

Imagine a GPO that has only one official in charge of online deliveries given that same official at least a 1week leave without a replacement! Who does that?! Don't be surprised if you get a call anytime from 02/01 for pickup without update on the tracking page.

My brother I tire jare. What they seem to forget is if there's no work then they'll be no pay. Online transactions esp from China has been the lifeline for nipost but like typical Nigerians they act as if they're doing customers a favour.

I rmber when nipost was almost non existent with the advent of emails, many list their jobs. Now dem don dey form super hero again. No wahala sha, time will tell

My last China post registered airmail package took 6 weeks to arrive, I guess this period it's all about patience.

While Yenwen and Sunyou economy air mails and Cainiao are doing very well

Send a message to the seller and they will tell you why your shipping is been delay. it could be due to custom, massive order or because it is season. But call them because sometime it would be that the product has arrive but local post office didnt notify you.

I made my first order on 29th November, 15 days so far hope everything is going well help me check out the track information. picture attached.

My fear is the 2nd item is showing departed country of origin since 4th Dec.

I have about 2 items am to receive this December. I have gone to the post office though I did not get any calls but they said the items are not there.

The sellers have extended the delivery confirmation time.

It's simple, track your mail. Get the tracking number of the item you purchased and head over to the tracking websites. You can either check the NIPOST tracking site at http://ips.nipost.gov.ng/ipswebtracking/ or you can track using the international tracking website like https://m.17track.net/en or https://track24.net/

Once any of them confirms that the goods are in your local post office, it is now time to visit the post office.
