that's a fact, aliexpress don't ship to mainland China, sellers can send but not through aliexpress

You fit reach out to your shipper make them tell you company wey suppose deliver your package, if na Speedaf, contact them, them go help you solve the issue.

Or is this waiting period starting from the Feb 14th which was when I first saw the new bar with the 'received by the delivery company' message? I'm just tired.

That's a refurbished probably chinese ROM phone so it'll be from china, all Xiaomi global variant phones are shipped from hongkong

It should be at your nearest post office. You would likely receive a call in 2 to 3 days time
