I would advise you take your ielts first before contacting any recruitment agency.
But it is ok either way.

This is my 3rd weekend here and I am glad I took the bold step.
The people around are very courteous, nice, friendly and humble.
I don't think I will get comfortable with calling my grandmother's mate by name but these people don't mind.
Patients here are awesome but it doesn't stop me from using my head.
I can't count the number of times my colleagues and I were talking photos on the street and passersby would wait till we are done or even volunteer to do it for us, or random people smiling at me when our eyes meets(my smiling level has increased), or someone waiting to keep the door open after they must have passed because they know you are using it too.
You are welcome to the land of angels lol!

Ok
I did not mean to sound harsh but it is also derailing the thread.
Thank you for understanding.

Check NHS jobs or job trac
You can find available apprenticeships vacancies.
They will give you more details about the academic part.
