So this is what happened;
Had 3 cheques to clear this morning,dropped 2 and it cleared and went to access bank to clear the last.
So the customer care lady was just talking rudely to one ette(akwa ibom) that wanted to pull out his last 1k or So,na so the woman just dey shout "You don't have enough money,your balance is 1050 naira upandan".
I didn't like it at all and had already started beefing the woman small small.I think she is married,very pretty and all but lacks manners and very unproffesional
It got to my turn and she collected my cheque and told me to "sit down" in the waiting area,I declined saying I must sit in front of her.
She;But oga you will be disturbing other customers
Me;I don't care
She;That means I won't attend to you then.
Me;If you know say bomb dey your head,try am!!we go turn this place upside down today..nonsense.
Such a rude bitch.
Anyways some guy in black suit interfered and I say there while she sent a notification to the originating branch of the cheque so they can confirm it.
Anyways I left the fool,dropped my number so she should call me if any need arises.woe betide her if that money no clear today.

What did she do wrong na? She even offered you a seat. Biko look at bank tellers with Pity eyes. They are over worked, under paid and frustrated with counting other peoples money.

They were just very sloppy and I hate sloppiness.
First of all,the customer care lady sent a mail to the originating branch rather than just call the signatory to the account.who does that?

It took ages for the cheque to be confirmed.(First flaw).I persevered.
Now at like 3pm,I went back there and it has been verified only for it to be passed to the teller and she said no network in the recipient bank.
I told her to please try again and she said I can't try again,shaking her head and giving me attitude.
I was like are you mad?do I know You?Or you think I am here to look at your face?
I said so with a raised voice and was really angry.
That was when she came to her senses and responded like a human being.
She tried again and it still did not work.
So I wrote her another of my account and told her to initiate it.
She said the new account works but she can't initiate it since the signatory didn't sign the new account
I just grab my cheque go another branch.probably she's just vexing for a young OG cos she see 7figures.
I got there,met a smart looking under 25 chick and she just put a call through to the signatory,confirmed it,signed it and asked me to proceed to the teller.
I waited for like 30mins on the queue only to be told no network again.
I just pointed the new account and the sweetie there just wire the money straight away.
But now I haven't used that account for a while and don't even have access to it yet,so no alert.
I just have to postpone my trip tomorrow to make sure it's all clear.
I too dey vex quickly,that's one issue I have for sure and I hate sloppiness with passion!
