The problem in cruise team is there are many slackers in that team, especially Mike who's actually the team leader. Mike, Jackye and Gedoni are quite lazy people who loves to sleep all day with little much work done.

I don't think they have a good leader in Mike. He's lazy, non creative/talented unlike Tacha and he's too egoistic to accomodate a superior talent like Seyi under him.

We all saw how Tacha dealt with Frodd who's similar to Seyi in her team. She sulked up to him and allowed him to blossom regardless of the disgrunt from her team mates. She also allowed Seyi to shine under her everytime they were grouped together. She's a fantastic leader, hardworking, creative and focused organizer of the Icons team.

Tacha is a good coordinator and leader. She will only fight her teammates AFTER the task.

I am not blaming Mike for the team loss but if he is observant, he would have known by now that the group members are not feeling his leadership, he should stop calling himself the president or whatever. And i think Seyi, though very good and creative, is only giving is 60% to the group, Seyi has not been 100%. If Mike can just proof his seniormanship, tell group members he want Seyi to lead them, you people will see the way Seyi will be taking things more serious.
