They have oil too. But cannot refine it .
Inflation is high, salary low. All their brothers travel out to earn dollar to send home.

$1 is about 8000 Bolivia.
One burger that is about $1.50, costs them about 10,000 or 11,000 Bolivia. And their salary is just 30,000 a month.
People there are angry and protesting always.
And like us, their politicians are billionaires, wearing shoe and watch and ignoring the suffering of the masses.
