Nigeria needs to think outside the box and think of outsourcing it's road construction to to Rwandans. Nigeria's contractors in collaboration with corrupt government officials has failed Nigeria. Cheers to Paul Kagame.

I needs to be done-we need to explore other options. For example Lagos-Ibadan expressway construction has been ongoing for almost 19 years. The corrupt politicians,civil servants and contractors have used that road to siphon billions of dollars.
