Here is the moment a man brought out his machete to attack NEPA/PHCN officials who tried to disconnect his light at Elelenwa Close, Port Harcourt. According to the video, the man explained that there hasn't been light in the area since the month of May. He was seen telling the NEPA officials to come down from the pole with a machete in his hand.
