Four firms which is being investigated by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for unlawful activities and is allegedly linked to Patience Jonathan has filed for a notice of appeal against Monday’s judgment of the Federal High Court in Lagos which ordered the permanent forfeiture of the sums of $8.4m and N9.2bn to the Federal Government. Magel Resort Limited, joined by Finchley Top Homes Limited, AM PM Global Network, and Pagmat Oil and Gas Limited which has been disclosed as the four firms facing trials has challenged the ruling of the federal high cour which was made on Monday.
