Solid Foundation Group is a fast-growing business with diversified interest in Real Estate(https://solidfoundationestates.com), Quick Service Restaurant, Estate Surveying & Valuing and Facility Management(https://www.otepolaandassociates.com). In order to fulfill its People’s mandate, Solid Foundation Group is recruiting to fill the position of HR/ Administrative Supervisor. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Job Title: HR/ Administrative Supervisor

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary:
The role holder will be responsible for formulating and implementing HR policies, procedures and processes for the Group and drive the achievement of overall corporate objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee the end to end recruitment process for the group
• Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams, participate in interviewing candidates
• Oversee all labour engagement and manage the new hire orientation and exit process.
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Evaluate the need for employee training and development and make recommendations.
• Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews.
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Revise company policies
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
• Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree/ HND in any Social Science, Humanities or relevant field
• Professional certification from reputable HR bodies (e.g CIPM, HRCI) will be an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years proven work experience
• Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
• Experience with HR softwares
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications)
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Candidates should reside on the Island or around Sabo/Yaba, Ebute Meta, Surulere, Shomolu/Bariga.


Salary:
• N80,000 – N100,000 per month
