PDP and Atiku/Obi’s Petition Begins On Thursday, July 4,

The pre-Hearing at the Presidential ELECTION tribunal Come to a close yesterday 3rd July.

Tiday is fixed for Atiku to begin their Petition by calling all their 400 witnesses. Though 14 is slated for this purpose, but the legal team decided to reduce it to 10 days.

As as we begin the journey today, below are the grounds of Atiku/PDP petition.



Ground 1:
That the 2nd Respondent (Muhammadu Buhari) was not duly elected by majority of lawful votes cast at the election.

- Duplication of voters register to deceive electorates*

- Records of Massive Over-voting in about 11 States*

- Numbers don’t tally due to INEC manipulation of lawful votes cast* etc.

Ground 2:
That the election of the 2nd Respondent (Muhammadu Buhari) is invalid by reason of corrupt practices.

- Use of state powers, security agencies to intimidation voters on election day

- Use of security and APC agents to snatch ballot boxes

- Electoral violence/Burning of Ballot Boxes, Papers

- Ballot stuffing, etc

Ground 3:
That the election of the 2nd Respondent (Muhammadu Buhari) is invalid by reason of non-compliance with the provisions of the Electoral Act, 2010 (as amended).


- Non-Use of Smart Card Readers in violation of INEC’s Guidelines in about 11 states of the federation

- Result sheets were not signed INEC officials and pasted at the polling units in clear violation of the Electoral Act 2010 (As Amended)

- Sanctity of the open secret ballot system in accordance with the Electoral Act 2010 was violated etc

Ground 4
The 2nd Respondent (Muhammadu Buhari) was at the time of the election not qualified to contest the said election.


- Muhammadu Bubari is not a Nigerian Citizen by birth. He was born in Niger Republic

- Muhammadu Bubari does not possess the requisite educational qualifications to contest for the office of President of Nigeria etc

Ground 5
That the 2nd Respondent (Muhammadu Buhari) submitted to the 1st Respondent an affidavit containing false information of a fundamental nature in aid of his qualification for the said election.


- General Muhammadu Buhari, Candidate of the APC in the February 23, 2019 Presidential Election lied on oath, made false declarations to an affidavits concerning his certificate and schools attended* (Perjury - 14 years imprisonment according the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria)

- The schools General Muhammadu Buhari, Presidential Candidate of the APC claimed to have attended were not established, not in existence as of the time and date he made the declarations in his affidavit* (Perjury - 14 years imprisonment according the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria)

The legal firework begins today.
