An Indian Man named Mohammad Furqan, 21 Years old was pronounced dead by Doctors, got Death Certificate issued to his family on his behalf, but the family found out he was still alive moments before his Burial.


Mohammad Furqan was involved in an accident on 21st June and was taken to Hospital for treatment. After receiving treatments for a few days, the doctors declared him dead on July 1st.

Upon hearing the pronouncement, his family began making plans for his body to be delivered home, they also secured the service of an Ambulance.

Mohammad Furqan’s body was sent home and had his grave dug, while they were about to lay his corpse into the grave, his brother Mohammad Irfan spotted movements being made by the ‘corpse’ and called in the attention of the rest of their family members, only to discover that his brother who was pronounced dead by doctors is still alive.

Mohammad Furqan’s brother made the following statement on NDTV;

“Devastated, we were preparing for the burial when some of us saw movement in his limbs. We immediately took Furqan to the Ram Manohar Lohia hospital where the doctors said he was alive and have put him on ventilator support.

“We had paid Rs. 7 lakh (£80) to the private hospital earlier and when we told them that we had run out of money, they had declared Furqan dead on Monday.”

Doctors currently assigned to treat him at ‘Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia hospital’ has confirmed that Mohammad Furqan’s in Critical condition but his brain’s not dead. The doctors also reveal he has a Pulse, his Reflexes and blood pressure are working and he has been put on Life Support.

Wtf!!! I suspect same for my aunt, she died in her sleep, she wasn't pronounced dead in the hospital but by a nurse at home, her death was painful, I told them not to bury her immediately nobody listened to me, if only christians don't use coffins I'm still hurt by her death after 3 years
