BREAKING: FG, govs seek recruitment of corps members, N’Power cadets for community policing. John Ameh, Abuja The Federal Government and State Governments are working on a new proposal to boost the manpower needs of the Nigeria Police Force by recruiting members of the National Youth Service Corps and graduates of the N’Power Programme for community policing. Better than the pea nuts they are paying them but they need to train them very well,rebrand the orientation of the police concerning the ordinary citizen.With adequate renumeration and incentives, I believe NPOWER beneficiaries and corp members will do well. |
