Buhari has officially Changed the name RUGA; to "National Livestock Transformation Program".



If the program will be all inclusive and not sectional like what our security architect presently looks like, does not involve giving lands to anyone at any region risking the security of life's and property, will stick to ranching as a way forward for Livestock development, not necessarily for cattle but for other Livestock that requires same and, will improve the Gross Domestic Product of our nation's economy, I might want to accept it but not in totality as the program came too soon as the RUGA project was suspended.

It is important to note that this is "Plan B" of the sectionist government to implement their Evil Scheme at any cost by any means.
