There is this colleague of mind whom we were employed the same period to different department in the same organisation, after about a month i began to observe her and i discovered some good qualities that i need in any woman to be called mine. Thats how i started crushing on her and we do relate very well.

I feel discourage asking her out due to the fact that we work in the same establishment and romantic affair with a colleague is not allowed there especially any person occupying her position due to the sensitivity and confidentiality of her position, it might cost her job.

After about two months this babe started crushing on me seriously, from the way she talks to me, looks at me, respects me, most time i will just playfully hold her seductively in the office, she will just be calm of which am very sure any other person that holds her that way she will repel the person ehh!

I love this girl but my problem is the organization we both are working for and the risk of her losing her job if the boss finds out about our relationship. What or how do u think i should handle this matter?

If your aum is getting married to her, you still have to make your intention known to her. If she feels the same way with you, then you ppl should start dating but must be very professional in work environment. Highest one of you resigns after marriage.

The last thing I will ever advice you to do is date someone in your work place or even in the same compound you live in. There are situations were it might turn out good but it's very rare. If you try it, one of you will end up loosing that job and you know for sure you carry the bigger risk of loosing the job because you might be very shocked to find out she is not willing to loose her job and will rather throw accusations on you so you can go instead.
So my advice is that if you feel you want to marry the girl then you should better start looking for another job somewhere and when you do get it you can make your intentions known to her. If you can't do it this way I will advise you search somewhere else for a girl to date before you find yourself jobless all because you did not see where to fall in love aside inside the organization you work for. Come to think of it, were you employed to come and find a woman in the organization? No job for naija my brother so you that have job better pluck off that eye that wants to make you jobless before it over powers your thinking.

Ask her out, if she accepts. You guys can start dating underground, but try to be professional about it. One of you can resign on the long run when you're ready to take the relationship to the next level

Search your heart well. If you are ready for what you want to go for, and the lady is ready for you, you both will work it out.

If you both are serious, you may also need to give your boss some respect by not hiding your intentions, provided work is not affected. Have it at the back of your mind that work may go. But don't go tell boss that you are willing to sacrifice job.
