Job Description:

We care about retailing, each other and what we do and are seeking an experienced full-time year-round IT System Administrator that shares our vision.

The IT System Administrator will:

Provide technical support to all end users to resolve all network, hardware and software related issues.
Perform routine maintenance on and troubleshoot issues related to computers, emails, internet, phones, LAN, applications, computer peripherals, security and monitor the organization’s overall network health.
Manages network operations to include troubleshooting connectivity problems, installing & maintaining routers, adding/terminating users, assigning rights and access, resetting passwords, establishing e-mail addresses and other network related services
Provide tier 1 and tier 2 IT support.
Interacting with users and IT vendors regarding the provisioning of new services as well as technical support evaluations.
Assessing and reporting operational status, performing backups and restores etc.
Installing Computers and its accessories to the end users and ensuring regular updates on them.
Responsible for the administration, installation, configuration and maintenance of Window applications and servers.
Create and Implement system policies to ensure network security and adherence by all users
Create and Implement control policies to software implementations
Conduct system analysis & development to keep systems current with changing technologies
Be responsible for emergency response as needed to correct system failures.
Be highly self-motivated with a customer-centric attitude and a willingness to work without supervision
The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational, prioritization and communication skills, both verbally and written. Experience with networking technologies including project management softwares, retailing/POS softwares. DHCP, DNS, firewall configuration, Microsoft HyperV, TCP/IP v4/v6, VLANs, VPN and wireless is a must. A Secondary School Certificate, relevant job-related certifications and 1-3 years related work experience is required.

Minimum Qualification: SSCE. BS degree in Computer Science or IT is preferred
