Do you have appproved layout for the Land? What about omo onile wahala? kindly convince us we will not encounter any problem if we buy.

From experience these virgin lands will be sold cheap now but later when the price goes up the omo onile will tell you to re-buy the same land or even sell to the highest bidder. The land i bought in 2003 off this same expressway had this problem and i had to pay additional bucks to keep the land and even had to quickly dispose some because i was not ready to develop.

Please give us better assurance because we are investing for the future.

The document on d land is survey plan of the whole land and regarding to the omo onile wahala,you are buying directly from a registered surveyor that is directly in charge of the land.You wont have any problem at all dealing with him,a trial will really convince you because we have some co operative who have bought some acres from it.
