Apart from the usual online booking system on the consulate website, there's no other way.
Please if you live in Lagos don't tick Abuja. Abuja embassy is way more strict than the Lagos embassy, they could bounce you once they discover you don't live in Abuja.

Seems like they're asking for health insurance and you can do that online. Google AOK

It's mostly BSc students. I haven't seen a transcript of a masters student who was given a test yet.

So I ticked yes on VISA application form for 13.

However I don't think you need travel insurance again after that.

But I don't know why some letters will be saying bring Travel insurance??

There might be, 60% of people going for a 2nd bachelors are usually given a test regardless of your field. That's all I could find from the old transcripts. You can research and find someone who was going for a similar course and was given. But don't let it scare you, there's a 40- 60% chance you won't be given a test at all and even if you do it won't be anything crazy. There was someone who failed the test and still got AM.

Hello bro, i was told to finish my enrollment before 30th September 2019 by sending my documents to the admission office and health insurance certificate is one of the important documents needed to finish my enrollment. Now I hear you saying that once you have a certain health insurance certificate then one might not need to present travel insurance certificate once AM land. Can you advise me on what to choose now? Which good and affordable health insurance that cover travel insurance should i register for since I will be needing this health insurance certificate to finish my enrollment too between now and 30th September while I'm considering to get this done even maybe before my visa interview and also tick the section in the visa application form. What's your advise? and how does this work too? will I have to pay once I register for this health insurance? Danke Herr.

I can say with some certainty that your AM won't request for travel insurance. Mawista health insurance certificate, TK(health travel insurance also covers travel) have all been accepted by the embassy.

Don't worry, you won't get "some letters" (AM) that'll request for travel insurance. They'll only request for your passport provided you funded before AM...if you haven't they'll request for your passport and proof of sustenance.

The screenshot you posted has nothing to do with what you mentioned.
What the screenshot means is that those applying for work visa should not apply through that page or category.
Same thing is written on the Work Visa page... "no student visa"

Had my interview today 14-08-2019
Got to the consulate by 6:05 am, was told by the security men to come back by 6:30 am.
Came back by the said time. After few minutes, paulinus arrived. He attended to family reunion visa applicants first before student visa applicants.
I was the first to be interviewed.
I was interviewed by the lady in room 3
Vo: Going for msc?
Me: yes
VO : what do you do for a living?
Me: told her
Vo: what can you tell me about economics
Me: I explained economics in details
Vo:What can you tell me about marthin Luther
Me : I exained
Vo: what are the disadvantages and disadvantages of.

Noticed that so many newbies don't care to read at all or do some basic research thereby asking so many repeated questions all day, peeps quoting a very long comment only to write a few lines below the quote, thereby filling up the thread faster and making it very difficult for people to catch up or even contribute meaningfully as some questions are being skipped unnoticed.

Please and please, this attitude is quite unhealthy and a disservice to all and sundry. There exist a search option for crying out loud which will enable you carry out a small search on the thread just like you do on Google. Someone will just wake up and post what comes to his mind immediately without doing any form of research at all. This is quite appalling please. After all some will tag you as being rude and irrational when they are yet to contribute to any post in any way here, JUST ONLY AFTER WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR. I wonder who is irrational after all.
