Yourfreedom or tweakware won’t make it browse faster rather it slows it down the more. That subscription is locked to 2g network. There is nothing you can do about it

You said they should download freedom app abi wetin without telling them what to do with the so called app.

U no even talk whether if they download the app, one would be able to browse on 4g or 3G.
