Hello nairalanders!! I have a little business which I have handled for sometimes in Ghana, at first I tried employing a Nigerian sales girl or cook but i couldn't because none of them came here for such work, as time goes on I employed a Ghanaian whom I've worked with for sometimes and she's trustworthy and sincere. My problem now is that I want to venture into another business that won't give me time for the mini eatery and I don't know the best agreement to reach with my current employee based on leaving the business for her to handle. Your advice and opinion needed please...
