America is not perfect!!!

I do think American is the best, because of the opportunities and individual freedom compared to other countries.  The land itself is fertile and ideally placed to produce agriculture.  There is lots of water.  Capitalism, education, social infrastructure, innovation, technology, innovative inventions.  

I think the origins of their constitution and the bill of rights, supports individuals vs socialism.  They have Obama also!!!

It may be harder for some, but anyone can do what they want or atleast have the right to pursue what they want.  We also have a great immigration policies that allow the best from other countries to come here and help.  We help a lot of other countries as well.

It may not seem perfect, but that is because we are so large and spread out.  We are like 50 country states, united as one country.

People like atiku,Uzor Kalu,Ibori or Odili  don't get denied visa to america for your information,as long as you have millions or billions of stolen money , you don't even have to go to the embassy for Visa.That is some of the reason america is so blessed. Or you give them oil fields like OBJ, you will be in the good books

I'll say determination and purpose. Less corrupt government/politicians. Genuine interest in improving the nation(politicians) and maybe luck.

As far as health care is concerned though, America hasn't been able to provide health care services for many of its citizens esp. the poor ones.  Canada and some European countries(Switzerland, etc) provide for a greater percentage of its citizens than America. So, it's really the same as Nigeria - the wealthy enjoy more privileges - except they have the above highlighted.
