It seems that while the rich keep making more money to further enrich their pockets, the poor do not seem to become richer. Why is this happening? What are they doing wrong? This post will explain.

(1) THE POOR DO NOT READ

“Readers are leaders,” so goes the saying.

There is one special thing about readers. They are able to find solutions to a lot of problems. They also get creative a lot. Reading is one of the hobbies of the very successful and wealthy people. The more you read, the more you know.

There are lots of books out there that teach how make more money in order to become rich. Unfortunately, what most people seem to read nowadays are the comments on different social media platforms.

(2) THE POOR DON’T INVEST

All the rich people have one investment or the other. One thing about investment is that it provides extra income for you.

The difference between a rich person and a poor person is that if both of them are given the same $40,000, the rich fellow will invest the money in a business that will later produce money back in a few months. The poor person on the other hand will spend the money and buy things that will not last.

Investments may take a long time but you will surely get back more than the money you investment. It IS A MATTER OF TIME.

(3) THE POOR LIKE COMPLAINING

You will always find those who don’t have enough money complaining about one thing or the other instead of taking positive actions. They are either complaining about the government not doing enough or that things are not going their way.

The rich ones would rather take actions and change their own fortunes instead of complaining. They prefer to act rather than wait for a government to take actions on their behalf.

(4) THE POOR LIKE TO SHOW OFF

People who don’t have enough money are the ones who like to showoff when they don’t really have much. They can borrow money to buy expensive things just to impress other people.

The problem with this is that those who are supposed to help them will pull back, thinking they don’t really need help.

Showing off also puts them at the risk of being attacked by people who envy them.
