The name of their profession says it all:

To value and survey the estates of their client.

An estate Agent need not be an estate Surveyor or Valuer.

A lawyer,accountant,estate surveyor,etc,in fact any body can be an estate agent ,including a graduate of estate management.

Barrister Emmanuel Emeka Agundu, the branch chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Obollo Afor, Enugu State, was allegedly killed for withholding N18m internet fraud proceeds belonging to a fraudster Kenechukwu Eze and his gang.

Greed killed the barrister! He collected the money on behalf of the criminals and decided to stiff them of their share and still threatened them!

I don't feel sorry for the lawyer, so he wants to enjoy all the money alone, he is one of the problems of this country.
