I think we need to start discarding Zoning or qoatal system as much as possible and enthrone merits as yardsticks for appointments.

The composition may not favour some people in one area but may favour them in other areas.

1) Look at all the banks, insurance or Telecom companies, how many Northerners or Muslims work there?
2) In the food and beverages sector, how many Northerners/Muslims work in Guinness, Coca-Cola, Nigerian Breweries, Cadbury, Nestle, Rite,7Up etc?
3) In the Agric sector, how many Southerners/Christians work in cattle rearing, Tomato & Pepper business?
4) How many Southerners work in Burau de change business?

GraGra247:
Who occupies 98.5% of major and relevant govt. appointments in Nigeria.

Those footballs are southerners totally based on merit. The North knows nothing about football and will concede extremely disgraceful losses if they had the chance.

Ibos are the greatest cry babies the gods have ever suffered to inhabit the African continent since Adam. When they are in favor it's merit, when out of favor it's nepotism. They had better approach Atiku's server for favor now that the next level is here to stay

This thing just exposed southerners for their hate and intolerance and hypocrisy. Super eagles, the banking sector, telecoms, beverages, aviation, railways, and so many more are full of southerners. They monopolised it all yet we never complained and even allowed it to be. But as soon as we start jaiz bank so that atleast we too can have a bank owned by the north, they complained bitterly as if to say that northerners should own or have nothing. An igbo man once told me that leave education for the yoruba, leave business for the igbo, and leave government for the northerner, that is where we all belong.

OP should have known that when it favours Christians, you won't hear noise around and they will tag it merit like one clown said up there. But when it favours another group they will call it nepotism.

You wonder why Samson siasia mother kidnap is not making waves? They are yet to lure Fulani into the kidnap and that's why the woman's life is not important yet.

When a Christian commit atrocities it is normal and bearable than to others do the same.

Go and fill the team with fulani herdmen if you dare..but you wont cos Nigeria winning gives you joy..

Try the useless quotasystem you apply in governance in football and fail woefully.

As a matter of fact,Nigeria will never smell qualifications how much more a bronze.

It seems like the Musli-ms are more interested in causing mayhem in Nigeria than being progressive.

Football is a game of love and fun not for some sect of wicked pple who only lust after blood and destruction
