The result of the final MBBS Professional Examination of the medical students in the College of Medicine, Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti has been released.

All the 43 medical students presented for the examination passed and one of them with a distinction. With this development, the first set of medical doctors from the state-owned university has been produced. This is after almost 10 years in the University.



On the development, the Provost, College of Medicine, EKSU, Prof Kehinde Oluwadiya, in a statement, congratulated the students, while also thanking the state Governor, Kayode Kayemi, for his support. The statement below



"On behalf of the staff and students of the College, I wish to sincerely thank the Visitor to the University and Governor of the State, H.E.Dr. Kayode Fayemi for his great interest, understanding of the problems and support for the College especially for his speedy approval of the funds , recruitment of qualified staff and purchase of medical facilities needed for the accreditation of the programs by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
