Huawei Y9 was released in late 2018 but was named a model of 2019 anyways. The devices are one of the best out of so many cheap smartphones in Nigeria. Just like the camon X and camon X pro, we have the Huawei Y9 2019 vs Huawei Y9 Prime 2019.

In one of our recent post, I reviewed the Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 and it classic and worth the price compared to the Tecno Phantom 9 with a low-class chipset, but the question is, is Huawei Y9 2019 better than Huawei Y9 Prime 2019?

The Huawei Y9 is better when it comes to weight and feel and the pop-up camera is not really my thing, the full view is good though but i would have preferred a punch-hole display with the camera in it.

I use both, y9 is far better in terms of battery management, y9 camera is below average note 7 camera is above excellent, note 7 can handle mostbmodern games because of vulkan API in the s660, y9 have gpu turbo my pubg runs smoothly on hd and consumes less power than note 7, if u have a good earpiece you would love the Huawei histen feature(3mm headphone ) Bluetooth not supported.... Y9 will be updated to emui 9.1 with gpu turbo 3.0 and new file system .... But I love me some note 7 ... Screen is super cripsy
