The Cross River State chapter of The Nugerian Medical Association on Friday ceased to work due to the kidnap of fellow Medical Practitioner in the state. Dr. Marcus Asuquo Inyama was stopped and kidnapped last Thursday by some yet to be identified gunmen on his way home last Thursday evening. The Victim is a consultant Haematologist in the hospital A statement jointly signed by the Chairman of the NMA in the state, Dr Agam Ayuk, and Secretary, Dr Ezoke Epoke, said the strike would cintinue till Dr Inyama is released peacefully and unharmed.
