Correction: the leaders are neither stupid none foolish. Rather, it is the followers or the lead that are stupid and have decided to remain so. Why Boko kills the followers, the leaders are making billions on their death, increasing the budget for security. Hence the fight must go on. The same money is used to secure themselves & gurantee the future of their kids while enjoying everything good life got to offer oversea. On the other hand, those who are the specimen are divided along ethnic, religion, tribe, etc.
