-Application letter indicating preferred location
_Copy of certificate of Business registration/incorporation
-copy of evidence of business registered address
-Copy of particulars of directors and shareholders
-2 passport photos of directors/partners
-means of Identification e.g national I.D card ,Driver's license ,international passport .
