They employ street urchins at Bus stops and stand in front of the bus until their collecting agent can confirm that a driver has paid their pittance, It is a well-orchestrated crime introduced by the Nigerian police, where they are not using third parties, they collect the money themselves shamelessly

It is obvious that there is no Government in Nigeria, How do you explain the level of decadence pervading the land
No checks and balances, no institution monitoring activities of these criminals in Government uniform
