peterjulius00:entire Nigerian politicians, especially all senators and House of reps should be restricted from travelling internationally in order to fix the country. It is the Senate and reps houses that are undermining Nigeria's development. From what I watched yesterday shows these people don't want progress for Nigeria for their own selfish interest. Therefore ban should be placed on all Nigerian politicians except president and his vice 1 Like |

This is the only way our politicians can be serious about fixing this country when there is no more alternative. Education ban should also be placed on all their ward, so that their father can exert the willpower to address the rot in our education system and other important sector once and for all. If Nigeria Education system is not good enough for their ward it should not be good enough for them to earn a living. A situation where politicians steal our commonwealth, use same to send their children abroad then bring them back after graduation to Lord them over us or take over positions in ministries and other government establishment based on recommendation is unacceptable. 1 Like 1 Share |

I have been saying this for a long time, this is the only way there would be decorum in our political system, other countries should follow suit and they should also include them and their family members in the ban. |

Robnectar: Nigeria situation is pathetic already, anything that will make the ruling class feel the heat and their family members is a welcome development. God has giving us all we need for everybody to be happy and comfortable in this country but accumulation of needless wealth and greed has made us mad. Everybody deserve a fair share of good life, as a citizen of Nigeria you don't need education or connection to have a share of this national cake, no Nigerian citizen should sleep and wake up without having something to eat or where to lay their head, when others are eating and drinking to stupor and even vomiting. |

US is crazy, they should put a ban on all the politicians . . . This will encourage them to develop their own country. If all developed world ban all politicians from receiving medical attention from their countries, i bet Africa will develop fast 1 Like |

simplesearch: It is not only Nigerian elites who are responsible for Nigerian woes, citizens of US and Europe are equally responsible. There is coordination of interests between Nigerian elites and foreign countries to loot our resources. Although our comprandor elites are responsible for foreigners looting our Commonwealth, the US and Europe are making sure that their oil companies operating in Nigeria make as much profit as they can at the expense of suffering Nigerians. I will recommend this book for you for more understanding of what am saying -the looting machine by Tomi Burgis. Try search for it. |

Fhemmmy: No they can't do that. They need the money for their infrastructural development. Let me tell you, the developed world prefer to have African countries underdeveloped to having them developed. They benefit a lot from our underdevelopment. Imagine what will happen to Shell, Mobile, Chevron and other foreign oil companies stealing Nigerian oil if Nigeria is developed with the technical know how to drill its oil on its own.If this happens Nigeria will no longer need their help which will translates into Nigerians having more freedom to enjoy their wealth. This the developed countries do not want. They prefer to have us disorganized so that they can letigimize the unproven assertion that black people are inferior, and unfortunately our low IQ elites are falling for this trap. This is the reason they are creating a local comprandor class to safeguard their interests. 2 Likes |

Damod88: No foreigner can loot your resources without your consent, the big brothers are ripping us off because our representative want it so. You are talking about Europe and America companies, what about Asian companies and their likes, who undertake all the negotiations? definitely not the masses. What we are therefore experiencing is a well calculated game plan that eventually put the masses at the receiving end. The loopholes are allowed to fester because that is one of the easiest way to feather their nest. The Nigerian poverty situation is not real, it is rather stage managed to keep everyone in check and when the situation is about to spiral out of control the noose is loosened to allow some fresh air. How can the masses think positively in this kind of helpless situation when their major concern is how to meet their basic need which is sometimes elusive. Look at our yearly budget that now run in trillions, hasn't it lost its significance or how does it impact on the life of the common man on the street? 1 Like |
