A report by the kaduna state police state command has had it that a 57 year old man named Ibrahim Yusuf, father of seven raped an austic girl on the 23rd of July 2019.
According to an eyewitness said Mr Yusuf is a plumber, he goes to peoples house to fix leaking pipes and other equipments. I noticed that something was fishy when he started working my Neighbour's house because of the way he looks at her daughter whenever he comes around to work. And on Tuesday I saw him giving the girl sweet as he took her inside the house but I never took i as Something because Mr yusuf was a jovial man.It was later in the evening that the mother(whose name as well as daughter's is withheld by the police)came back and began to shout as she was with her autistic daughter whose underwear was filled with blood and when she heard it was Mr Yusuf she said "How can he force her to bed knowing fully well her condition".
