this is interesting.fellow nairaland users l have a group that sings gospel hip hop and R&B and we are almost through with our album and are currently in search of a logo to suit what we stand for. our name is KROSS and we are three in the group. pls use this medium of logo design to do something for my group. i will gladly appreciate it.

Interesting request. I trust you'll get some help on this issue. But don't you think it's wise to suggest some kind of appreciation attached so that people will be more willing to help? I've seen cases where people beg for a design, and after they get it, that's the last you ever hear from them-beg or no beg.

Just re-post that request with a little more details and watch out for results.

Learn how to pay for what u need, like kemjis said, just put a lil token and u'll see different logos to choose from!

Here's a redo of my school Logo!

well i've always worked with fireworks and within some hours of trying photoshop and by God's grace i was able to teach a friend some tricks. also i use other softwares like Gimp(good 4 logo's), inkscape(sweet) and anyone win has used any editor would find them easy.

I see, But all what i have been seeing here are ok but you guys need to work harder on them. The lartest thing company/ organisation need are simple logo. Not heavy.

Yeah that too. But the thing is, simple logos are very easy to copyright these days with the growing number of graphics specialists around. A 3d logo is more complex and unique. Sometimes, even the designer may find it difficult creating an exact replica of his original. Nevertheless, simplicity is still nice.

@Gamine, neva use such words(and the crap continues). If u goin 2 be a critic then do dat appropriately. U shld endeavour to learn from this thread, since u are also in love wit graphics. Saw ur thread on the billboard stuff and i kno how much loose talkers and negative critics were tongue lashed just for your sake. 'Crap' is a very derogatory word for people who are thriving to give their best.

@rodent, dat is awesome, i mean very artistic. like it wella. challenging creativity and very simple. good imagination. depicts d want and need more dan any other kross logo.
