1. SET GOALS, VISIONS. Most great men started out with a goal or a vision. They didn't just pop up from nowhere. In other to get the best out of your life, you must set goals - be it minor or major ones. That way, when you complete or fulfill certain goals or tasks, you're able to build PERSISTENCE and MENTAL STRENGTH. 2. READ GOOD BOOKS. Socrates said, "Employ your time in improving yourself by other men's writings, so that you shall gain easily what others have labored hard for". Also, according to The Health Science Academy, "Reading gives muscle to your memory." 3. PRACTICE MEDITATION. According to SADHGURU, "Meditation means dissolving the invisible walls that unawareness built". When you indulge in meditation, you connect with the innermost part of you. Meditation builds your emotional and spiritual faculties.
