Ruggedniggaone: Not subsidy, it is under recovery. Nothing like subsidy they said. Subsidy is a fraud they said. Nnpc got the memo after APC came to power, they removed subsidy from their vocabulary and replaced it with "under recovery" So in 2017 there was 1.4 trillion naira subsidy emm emm sorry under recovery that was not in the budget and was not appropriated by the legislature. Seems so people are tired of lying to themselves and now want subsidy removed. |
