Before you leave that your well structured organisation that you have no problem with to another organisation because they pay well
Pls think again.

Not every organization is structured
Trust me, you don't want to work in a place that lacks organisation culture and structure

You are not safe

A well structured organisation will give you query when you make a mistake the first time, no employee is perfect
An organization that lacks it Will sack you for smiling too much at work

A well structured organisation will have everything in writing, and in place
You know what you earn and your benefits, you know when to take leave
You know the culture

The one that lacks it, don't have anything
You don't know anything
You are just working

Don't fall for the high salary bait

Don't find yourself leaving Canaan and going back to Egypt
