Incantation is self-originated, you decide what you want, and you call the Energy Beings in the Universe and give them specific commands.

Speaking in tongues, you silence the left brain which handles analytical and logical reasoning and entrain the right brain which transceives the sub-conscious to a specific frequency channel and receive broadcasts from entity there, but mostly not human language known on 3D Earth but the brain/mind complex can transcribe.

But note that most of the 'speaking in tongues' that churches profess now are Lies and make-belief, just for the coins.
