Kingdom heritage model school that has its branches all over Nigeria laid off her workers for not having their original certificate with them despite knowing the Nigeria situation that some higher institutions don't issue original certifcates after a couple of years after graduation. The staff affected were served a disengagement letter on 31st of July 2019 without any means of compensation. These are staff that have worked with the school for quite many years.
The reason for this rascal decision socked the whole staff because there is nothing they have done to merit this kind of I'll treatment from an organization that is owned and runned by Living Faith Church. The church should a role model to the outside world to emulate and not the other way round. The church authority should call the acting education secretary in the person of Pastor Ipinyomi Amos to order. This will stop parents from taking their wards and children to other school.

Proper journalism requires that you hear from the school as well before you take your story to the world. Did you even interview the staff affected to gather details on why the school did what it did? I'm very certain that the school must have given these staff ample time to regularize their documents but as usual, the Nigerian nature in them gave them a false sense of security that the school can't do anything. Now the deed is done, they're crying foul.
