A video has sparked outrage on social media of a child labourer risking his life just to make ends meet.

The little boy was seen carrying a head pan full of cement on a storey building in Imo State.

According a man who filmed the act, he claimed that he boy has been doing that to assist his family.

Really panful to behold.

What is the essence of giving birth to a child you know you are not capable of taking care of in most cases. After naming ceremony or finishing primary school, the child will begin to suffer or send to relatives to take of him/her on their behalf. Only few children usually survive this, many get frustrated in life at different stages even to the point of committing suicide. I think it is high time government started taken parent responsible for the number of children they bring to this world without being able to take proper care of them financially and morally. If richest man in the world can give birth to maximum of four, i don't see reason why poorest man will give birth to eight or more children. Maximum of four children should be mandated from middle class societies and up, if you are muslim who must marry four wives, one child per mother and if you are a christian with one wife, maximum of four children should be obligated. For any wayward child in the society, his/ her parent should be called upon for public disgrace and vice-versa.
