in Eckankar we have the Mahanta, The Living ECK Master who is the spiritual leader. Jesus Christ is the Spiritual leader of Christians.

Eckankar teaches that Soul does not need salvation because it was not lost in the first place so in effect there is no need for salvation. what soul needs is to come to the full awareness of who and what it is, a spark of God created in the image and likeness of God and sharing all the qualities of God which lies latent within it. The ECK teachings are tailored to unlock those qualities of Soul, so that it can take its rightful place as co- worker with God.

what you called heavens we know them as other planes of existence. you can choose to call them heavens. there are many levels of them and you go to the one that fits your state of consciousness and spiritual maturity. and of course there is no hell where people burn in eternity. God is so loving that It has given souls plenty of opportunity to keep coming back in other to learn the lessons of love until they get it right and become pure channels of God's love.
