Have you seen the video of how he was killed? Watch it and you will see they acted in the best interest of the general public. He was heading to a crowded nightclub and was actively shooting.

That is a massive typo mistake. They probably meant 30%. Any larger city around there, Toledo, Colmbus, Cincinnati, Ft. Wayne, Indianapolis
all have large black populations.

Lol if I couldn't afford internet in the USA then something is wrong ...You read things online and take them as facts without doing your research. Did you even bother to see what the article defines as mass shootings? For example gun deaths between gangs, drug dealers and so on are also counted by the research org., in the article but by FBI guidelines those don't count. By FBI guidelines there have been 31 mass shootings in 2019.
