They are both fantastically corrupt and hate dissent against their misrule. Nigeria has experienced the greatest theft of it's resources under Buhari and the main participants are protected and appointed into key government positions as long as they join APC. And Nigerians have experienced the greatest abuse of human rights when citizens are indiscriminately arrested for peacefully airing their grievances.
