Atiku will most certainly fail at the Presidential Election Tribunal because he and his legal team could not prove:

- The existence of INEC Server used for collation of Presidential Election results electronic collation.

- He couldn't tender any valid proof that the results he presented is an official INEC authenticated results for the Presidential election.

- Atiku could not prove INEC bridged any law or committed any crime with the way the election were conducted.

- He did not prove in anyway that President Buhari does not have the qualification to contest.

- Nor that the results announced by INEC was faulty. He could not prove problem with results from any polling unit, local government or State as announced. His attempt at Kastina State ended up in contractions.

- His witnesses were incoherent. Contradicted each other and some outrightly went against his main petitions. His so called experts were completely ignorant.

Atiku failed all way from his Polling Unit to when the last results were announced.
