This mean board have not yet approve the Nscdc list. The recruitment that started b4 the NIS and we both wrote apptitude test last year December but NIS have completed there induction training and the level 8 officer are reporting to training proper at Kano dis 29/11/21. Why NSCDC is lacking behind under the same supervision of the same board? Nawa for dis country

Shortlisting has been completed and approved, just date for documentation & training hasn’t been made public...

Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case. It exists everywhere in our clan. I assumed a position recently and just 4 out of over 20 new entrants got the job on merit.

In fact, one of the beneficiaries of the "back-door" appointment said she didn't sit for the exam but got a mail that reads "sequel to your performance in the so so and so assessment, you have been offered a position."

Those of us who know no one in the corridors of power only trust that God has the best plan for us. But we also recognise that we must do our part which includes applying to vacancies.

There might have been over 16 candidates who got in through the back door but there are 4 who got in without influence too.

As a result, those who know no one besides God must continue to keep faith that this recruitment will be in their favour.
