This post is to bring the attention of all Nigerians to what is going on in the country now. few months ago, a certain Nigerian youth forum organized a seminar where topics like drug abuse and corruption in the country was some the topics raised, the focus was on why youths from the southern part of the country are progressing more than those from the north, many members of the forum made contributions to the topic but a certain Mustapher (last name withheld) said that the southern youths are into Fraud (Yahoo Yahoo) and that if they are not stopped they will become so rich that a time will come when no Northerner will be able to compete with them even in politics. This singular statement changed the entire topic of the program.


A northern state governor who was one of the dignitaries added that they are working on making sure that a lot of youths from the south will be convicted, now this is not the reason for this post, he stated that no matter what any of them does for a living they must find something to convict him or her when they search his phone. Now let’s look at it this way, a young man from Anambra state was arrested by EFCC in March 2019 and by August he hasn’t been charged to court, when he was asked why he was still there he said that the IPO handling his case told him that he must accept to something then go for a plea bargain before he will be released. If you look at all the “yahoo yahoo” cases handle by EFCC they all ended in a plea bargain. Ignorant youths are forced to make a plea bargain or remain incarcerated in EFCC custody. The fight is not against corruption, it is for the fear that the Southern Youths who are already buying the properties the Northern elites left for their children, it is a fight against those southern youths who do not have access to the oil from there land but they are still buying properties in Abuja where one former FCT minister said is not a place for the poor. It is a fight to subdue the southern Nigerian youths who do not need inheritance to survive, it is a fight against south.


I have a lot to say on this post but I will reserve some things to the day I will mention names on this post.


Now I want to go to the main purpose of this post, which is advise to any southern youth.


If you are arrested by EFCC, do not sign any administrative bail form given to you, it is a trick to keep you there, even if you are able to meet the conditions, they will not answer you, the fight is not against yahoo yahoo, it is because you are living a comfortable life, even if you are not a yahoo boy they will still find a way to convict you. I know of someone who trades on crypto currency, he has been held for money laundering.
If you are a yahoo boy, ask them to take you to court, get a lawyer and let the law take its course, do not accept that any of your properties is a proceed of fraud, allow them to prove it. They are only interested in making you poor and making you a convict. Let your lawyer ask them to present one person who is your victim and that you are ready to pay the person back if it’s true. I’m not supporting yahoo but the motive behind the fight is evil.

I repeat again, do not accept any form of plea bargain, they will tell you all nature of lies, it is a script from the northern elites, please and please only speak when your lawyer is there, if they want to kill you let them kill you as it’s better to die than be convicted for what u didn’t do, a young man was sentenced to 35 years in prison for having a document in his phone. They deceived him to accept he has an intent to defraud someone and he will be released, that was the end.

Do not accept any lawyer hanging around the EFCC custody, they are EFCC agents, they will deceive you and take money from you. Look for a reputable lawyer with a name to keep, they are not expensive, many will be willing to help you with as low as 500k even when their price tag is 15 million just beg some are understanding.

If you did not sign the admin bail form they will be forced to charge you to court within 48 hours. Go to court and defend yourself. Don’t be a fool.

The message has been passed, anyone arrested should go to court, let EFCC allow the court to take its course, stop forcing people to admit to a crime they didn’t commit. A governor recently asked if a Northern youth has been arrested by EFCC? How many Northern Universities has been raided? All the Northern youths arrested do not spend more than 48 hours in EFCC custody so why are southerners spending months if not to make them accept a plea bargain.
