Link up this scenerio with what happened in Taraba State. This is just a perfect example. The army officers killed the police officers (vigilante) and set the kidnapper ( Hamisu, fulani herdsman) free.

Bia Op, be kiaful! How can a Nigerian soldier kill a vigilante and released the herdsmen that killed (him), Is that him not the same vigilante? The vigilante get two lives?
