DANGERS OF EXCESSIVE SUGAR IN YOUR BODY SYSTEM

The human body is not made to consume excessive sugar,it's really disturbing seeing a lot of people consuming excessive sugar everyday.yes,the body needs sugar to function,but it becomes very dangerous when you take too much of it.
You add it to your morning cup of coffee or tea,you bake it into pastries,cakes and cookies.You even sprinkle it all over your breakfast cereal or your oatmeal for added flavor.But that's not all,it's also hidden in some beloved "treats" that people consume on a daily basis,such as sodas,fruit juices,candies and ice cream.It also lurks in almost all processed foods,including breads,meats and even your favorite condiments like ketchup.
Most people view sugary foods as tasty,satisfying and irresistible .But i personally believe that the accurate words to describe sugar are;''toxic,addictive and deadly''.

Sugar in one of the most damaging substances that you can ingest,and what's actually terrifying is it's very abundant in our everyday diet.This intense addiction to sugar is becoming rampant,not just among adults,but in children as well which is very alarming and unhealthy.
Study participants observed a significant relationship between excessive sugar consumption and increased risk of cardiovascular disease.No matter your age,body mass index or level of regular physical activity,the risk of dying from heart disease arises to an increased percentage when you consume too much sugar.
Most people know that eating too much can lead to weight gain and even obesity,findings have proven that too much sugar has so much negative effects on the body system which includes ''fat and obesity''.

Your immune function can be affected by too much sugar,sugar can interfere with the way your body fights disease.Bacteria and yeast feed on sugar,so excess glucose in the body causes these organisms to build up and cause infections.
A high sugar diet can lead to chromium deficiency,it accelerates aging,excess sugar causes tooth decay,it can cause gum disease which can lead to heart disease.
Let's not forget the about our little ones,a reduced amount of sugar can increase their academic ranks,it helps their growth a lot.
People who consume the most sugar have the lowest intakes of essential nutrients especially vitamins A,C,B-12 and calcium.This is dangerous for children and teens who constantly consume the most sugar and need the most nutrients.
i hope you now understand the negative effects of too much sugar on your body,be more careful in choosing the food you eat,drink lots of water,let ingredients label be your guide.
