And not even up to a week,it has developed earpiece problems.

I cant hear someone when am making a call neither can the person hear me.

What should I do?
In case I return it, how long will it take for replacement?

Return it back to them, they are known for selling faulty phones, if they don't give u a better one collect your money, if not report to the police

One of the reason u should buy from online stores. You get the option of cash refund or a replacement!!! Those offline stores would hardly give u cash refund or replacement.

Try another network first, mtn,glo,etisalat.
sometimes its network signal.
Otherwise the phone is faulty.
