I think there is mighty confusion between liquid cash, Assets, and currency.

Mikel is worth at least 20 million dollars. Okocha on the other hand at his peak was paid 15k per week or around 400k after tax. Okocha would be lucky to have made up to 3 million over the course of his career.

For musicians where they bank money is in promoting products and concerts but there are lots of costs and vices. Davido probably has made around 2-3 million dollars over the course of his career and probably blown 70% of it in clubs, on women and enjoyment.
