Our client in the banking sector is currently looking to hire highly motivated entry-level Direct Sales Agents in Lagos for immediate employment. The sales agents should have a passion to grow a career in sales and be willing to work with targets.

Job Responsibilities

1. Liaise with sales/customer groups to get and validate the right documentation.

2. Request new clients for a Tier 1 account with restricted KYC prerequisite.

3. Guarantee the account is activated and On-boarding procedure finished.

4. Receive on behalf of the bank, client's initial deposit and guarantee it is taken care of as per bank guidelines.

5. Manage the relationships with customers in the portfolio to guarantee greatest customer’s fulfillment and maintenance.

6. Screen the deposits of customers under the supervision of the Team Lead.


Skills Requirements

1. Direct sales agents with astounding Sales knowledge of banking products, KYC prerequisites, banking guidelines is required.

2. Experience of working in a financial sector would be a plus.

3. Experience of people management/team leadership Strong relational abilities (both oral and written in English).

4. Great hierarchical abilities Adaptability – exhibit a group energetic methodology with the capacity to work freely.

5. Good knowledge of different financial products, for example, Current, Saving, Fixed Deposit and so forth is required.

6. Capacity to work precisely to tight due dates in a demanding work environment.

7. Great attention details.

8. Great MS Office abilities Amazing information on Financial innovation/Application is a MUST.

9. Information of Microsoft Office is additionally required.
Qualifications

OND, HND and B.Sc.No previous experience in marketing is required but candidate must show a strong affinity for marketing and sales.
